If you need help with your Diamond Lights system, you’re in the right place.
Getting Started
- Make sure your controller is powered on (blue light on controller indicates power)
- Connect your phone to the “Diamond Lights” Wi-Fi network broadcasted from the controller.
- Once the “Wi-Fi Setup” page is shown, select your local 2.4Ghz network
- Enter your Wi-Fi password and select “Save Wi-Fi settings”
- After setup completes, reconnect to your local network and open the Diamond Lights App.
Common Issues
App can’t find my controller
- Confirm you’re on the same network as the controller (2.4Ghz only)
- Make sure your controller is powered on (blue indicator light on controller)
- Reboot the controller by unplugging the device, waiting 5-10 seconds, and plugging back in.
- After a reboot, wait 30-60 seconds, open the Diamond Lights app, then click “refresh” in Device section.
Lights not responding
- Ensure the controller is “selected” in the “device” section of the app.
- If using the “builder tab”, make sure “live preview” is turned on.
- Verify the controller is powered on (blue indicator light)
- Make sure another user isn’t currently editing within the builder page.
Schedules or presets not working
- Make sure your device time is correct.
- Verify presets are set as intended.
- Make sure “events” are toggled “ON”
